• Account details: your name, mobile number, and a 4-digit PIN (stored only in encrypted/hashed form — we never store your PIN in readable text).
• Order details: items ordered, order type (delivery, takeaway, dine-in), delivery address (for delivery orders only), and any notes you provide.
• Optional details: email address, if you choose to provide it.
• Feedback: ratings and review comments you submit about your orders.
• Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process, prepare, and deliver your orders.
• To let you track your orders and view your order history.
• To contact you about your order if needed.
• To display approved reviews on our site.
• To improve our menu and service.

3. Payments

We support Cash on Delivery and UPI. We do not collect or store your card numbers, bank details, or UPI PIN. Any UPI payment is completed through your own UPI app.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to fulfil your order — for example, providing your name, phone number, and address to our delivery staff. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

Your connection to the Service is encrypted using HTTPS. PINs are stored using one-way hashing. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

You can update your account details in the app, reset your PIN, or request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
