Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how orders placed with Crown Dine through our website and mobile app at https://crowndine.org can be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders follow our Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation by You

• Because food is prepared fresh and to order, an order can be cancelled only before the kitchen begins preparing it.
• To cancel in time, contact us immediately with your order number, right after placing the order.
• Once preparation has started, or the order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Cancellation by Crown Dine

We may cancel an order (and fully refund any online payment) if:

• One or more items are unavailable or out of stock.
• The delivery address is outside our serviceable area in Jammu.
• Payment was not completed or could not be verified. Unpaid online orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 1 hour.
• Circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel a confirmed order, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid online.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

For prepaid orders cancelled in line with this policy, refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay as described in our Refund Policy (usually within 5–7 business days). COD orders cancelled before delivery are simply not charged.

4. No-Show / Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one was available at the address, the contact number was unreachable, or incorrect details were provided, the order may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for a refund.
