These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Crown Dine website and mobile application (the "Service") at https://crowndine.org, operated by Crown Dine Restaurant, Jammu, India. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Crown Dine lets you browse our menu and order food for delivery, takeaway, or dine-in. Orders are prepared and fulfilled by Crown Dine Restaurant.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order.
• You register with your mobile number and a 4-digit PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may refuse or cancel orders with incomplete or incorrect information.

3. Menu, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include or display applicable taxes and fees (GST, packaging, and delivery charges) at checkout.
• Menu items, prices, offers, and availability may change at any time without notice. Items may sell out.
• Images are for representation; the actual dish may vary.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only after it is accepted by the restaurant and, for online payments, after payment is successfully received. We may decline an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or payment fails.

5. Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment by UPI / cards / netbanking processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, bank, or UPI credentials. Online orders are confirmed to the kitchen only after payment succeeds.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is available within our serviceable area in Jammu city. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed; they may vary with weather, traffic, and demand.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and provide the handoff OTP when asked.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, place fraudulent or fake orders, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crown Dine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for food safety).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
